WELCOME TO THE RACHEL LOUISE PHOTOGRAPHY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM!

I’m looking for stylish, fun, unique, and outgoing families to get their pictures taken by me and help spread word about the Rachel Louise Photography experience! If you’re looking to be a part of something uniquely fun with photos throughout the year then this is it! There’s no other program in the area like it!

The Ambassador Program is a curated experience aimed to empower. Embracing our journeys through parenthood and owning our confidence reveals the best of our inner strength and beauty. The Ambassador team gets to participate in fun styled shoots throughout the year, make lifelong connections, give back to the community, and have amazing year-round pictures.

WHAT IS THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

I do regular model photoshoots to build my portfolio, curate content for my look-book, and test fun new photography techniques before using them in a paid session. I created the Ambassador Program after receiving rave reviews from my Model Calls and wanted to create an even more elevated experience with more opportunities for creativity and collaboration.

Most importantly, you do not need to be a professional model to apply for this! I’m looking for families in the Iowa City and surrounding Eastern Iowa area who consider themselves picture-happy. Meaning: I’m looking for individuals who agree it sounds fun to do prompts, poses, and gentle movement in front of a candid photographer. I keep my Ambassador Photoshoots low-key and most importantly… fun!

WHO CAN APPLY?

I’m looking for outgoing families who aren’t afraid to brag to others about their session with me!

Right now I’m searching for…

• Moms (no matter what stage of motherhood you’re in – whether you’re pregnant with your first, chasing toddlers, or trying to sneak hugs from your teens, this is for you!)
• Newborns (the first two weeks after birth are the ideal time for newborn sessions, so if you’re pregnant right now then this is a great time to get started!)
• Families (all ages and stages, traditional and non-traditional welcome here! This is for immediate family and families of three kids or fewer)

THE DETAILS / WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Cost: Free! Ambassador Photo Shoots are free; credits to download the final images from these sessions are sold separately with the chance to earn free download credits through referrals! (more details in the next section)
• Length of partnership: One year.
• Time Commitment: We’ll meet for at least one 30-60 minute session every three months (four times over the course of the year.) I will announce additional styled shoots and opportunities periodically which are optional.
• Wardrobe/styling: These are curated and styled sessions, so Ambassadors must be willing to collaborate on wardrobe.
• Swag: coming soon! All ambassadors will get to choose one swag item once they’re announced (currently waiting on final designs for 2024 season swag!)
• Referral Cards: You will receive 10 referral cards in your swag bag as well as your very own link/QR code you can pass around to friends, family, and anyone interested in booking a session! The more referrals you book, the more free images, prints, and sessions you earn!
• Location: Iowa City, IA area (including Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, Cedar Rapids, and more). If you’re willing to travel to within 40 minutes of the Iowa City area, then you’re in! Actual location of the session will be determined by the photographer but if you have a special request let me know, it might align with what I have in mind!
• Included: Free access to client closet, fresh florals and props as needed based on session type.
• Marketing: Ambassador images will be used for marketing the Rachel Louise Photography experience – must be okay with images being posted on social media.
• Part of the team: I’m a one-woman business which can get a little lonely at times, so I consider my Ambassadors part of my team! My Ambassadors are excited and proud to be part of my team – helping to support my small business by spreading word about my work and how fun sessions are with me!

WHAT CAN I EARN?

As an Ambassador you can receive tiered incentives as you refer more clients:

1. For each new client you refer* to Rachel Louise Photography, you earn a $50 shop credit! (can be used towards downloads, the print shop, or a full photography session) – plus your referral receives $50 off their session too!
2. Earn a free 11×14 inch canvas print ($100 value) after your third referral!*
3. YES, you can stack your referral credits! You may redeem up to the full amount of a session! For example, if you’ve successfully referred* 10+ clients then you can absolutely put your stacked shop credit towards booking yourself a $500 session and pay $0 for it because THANK YOU for referring your fantastic friends my way! xo

*Notes:

• Referral must book a full session (not valid on mini sessions).
• Referral must tell me at booking who referred them for each of you to receive the $50 credit.
• You receive the credit once they submit their deposit at booking.
